Delete your account and data

You can have your Love Tennis account and everything we store about you deleted at any time.

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Love Tennis and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account. The app lists exactly what will be deleted.
3. Optionally tick Also erase everything on this phone to remove your matches, profiles and settings from the phone as well.
4. Confirm. Your server data is deleted straight away.

By email

1. Email naveenkgupta17@gmail.com with the subject Love Tennis account deletion.
2. Send it from the email address you log in with, or include the mobile number you log in with, so we can confirm the request is yours.
3. We delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account: mobile number, email address and Google link.
• Your profile: the name shown in matches, full name, city, country and picture.
• Matches you scored, from our server.
• Your place in matches other players scored and shared with you.
• Your friend list, and your parents and coach links.
• Feedback you sent, and any voice logs.
• Your time-in-app totals (how long the app was open each day, and on which parts).
• Your invite code, the record of who invited you, and your daily allowances.
• Any profile pictures you uploaded.

What stays

• Data on your own phone is not on our servers. It stays unless you tick Also erase everything on this phone when deleting your account. You can also delete matches in the app, or uninstall the app.
• A match another player scored stays on their phone and in their server copy, as their own record of the match, with the name the scorer typed.
• An anonymous count of the players you invited.
• Any backup Android made of the app's data to your own Google Drive is in your Google account, not on our servers. You manage it in Google Drive's backup settings.
